The South St. Paul Book Discussion groups have been enjoying lively discourse on books since January 2000, with the "charter" group meeting on a Wednesday afternoon at 1 pm. Since that fateful January, we have expanded to two groups with an evening discussion on Thursday. This group has met at coffee shops as well as at the library.

The groups meet the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 1-2:30 pm and the 2nd Thursday of the month from 7-8:30 pm. Everyone is welcome!

Both groups convene in the library meeting room, and the evening group will often host an author or speaker to further enhance that month's book selection. Information sheets regarding the upcoming title, as well as a list of the season's selections, are always kept at the main information desk for readers.

Anyone interested in joining a book club is encouraged to come and meet other avid readers!
